We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Forge and Field, we are here to help.
Our Return Window
You may return most eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
1. Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and documentation.
3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom-made or personalized goods.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
• Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
The Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Email us at returns@forgeandfield.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable and insured shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If an item arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at support@forgeandfield.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for proven damaged items.
